Overview
My refund and policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase you’re ineligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item must have arrived damaged, not as promised, and you must provide proof of the issue.
Refunds
If you’re within the 30 days of purchase window simply provide proof of the issue and let me know if you’d like a refund or exchange.
If you are approved for a refund then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If an exchange is approved you will receive the same design you purchased within the same processing/delivery time as the original order.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, create a support ticket here and i’ll help you out.
Replacements
I’ll only replace items if they arrived damage or not as promised simply reach out via the Help Center with your issue and proof.
