Customization Policy

This Customization Policy is part of my Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside my main Terms: https://nerdlockershop.com/terms-and-conditions/.

Please carefully review my Customization Policy when customizating my products. This policy will apply to any custom order you place with me.

LED Phone Cases Customization

Dimensions

Your image/design should be at the bare minimum 630 x 1280 pixels width/height, but the larger the image the better. Designs/images provided will not be quality checked! What you provided is what will be printed onto your phone case. Please be sure to provide a crisp, clear, non-blurry, large resolution image for the best result.

Here at the bottom will be some DO’s and DON’Ts

DONT’s – This is image is too small and too blurry to make a good design. It’s 600 x 400 pixels width/height and extremely blurry. Not only will it not fit on a phone case it’ll also look bad.

DO’s – This image is crystal clear, non-blurry, and 720 x 1280 pixels width/height a perfect design/image for a phone case design.

Image orientation

Most modern phones are always more taller than they are wide. This effects what designs you should choose. If you choose an image that is more wide than it is tall do understand the image will have to be arranged in the best possible way to fit onto the phone case. In most cases you should choose a design that has a more vertical orientation ( Up and Down ) than a design that has a horiztal orientation ( Left to Right ).

LEDs & Limitations

I will choose the best available options in terms of what will glow within your chosen design. Currently my customization software isn’t too advanced and while you can technically sketch out what you would like to glow. It would block me from having access to the original design unedited.

Limitations

Only certain areas on the phone case can glow. Below is an example of the area that can functionally glow. The blue is the area that can glow the other white areas will not. If your design has areas that you wish to glow they must stay within the blue or will be cut off from lighting up with the rest of the design.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds will only be given for custom items that do not work as promised or arrived damaged. Pay close attention to your design as you’re ordering because that’s exactly how it will be created. Refunds and returns will not be accepted for mistakes in your design please be careful.

There are 4 different options when it comes to mouse pad customization. 23.6×11.8, 27.6×13.8, 31.5×11.8, and 35.4×15.7. Each size has different dimension requirments to get the best quality print.
